DSP HIRE LLC ("DSP Hire," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website dsphire.com and the applicant tracking application at app.dsphire.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service or submit an application through it.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an application through app.dsphire.com, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Home address
  • Responses to eligibility screening questions (age, license status, lift capacity, schedule availability, English proficiency, prior Amazon driver experience)
  • Responses to our success prediction questionnaire and the computed score
  • Drive-time calculation results based on your address
  • Communication history (emails and SMS messages exchanged with you)
  • Any notes added by authorized recruiters reviewing your application

When you visit dsphire.com, we may also collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and evaluate your driver application
  • Communicate with you about your application status
  • Calculate your commute time to the relevant DSP station
  • Score your responses to our success prediction questionnaire
  • Share qualified candidates with the Amazon DSP hiring partner you applied to
  • Improve and operate the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number on the application form and consent to SMS, we use Twilio to send you transactional messages related to your application, including a 4-digit confirmation code, questionnaire invitations, status updates, and interview scheduling. We do not sell, share, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. SMS data is used only to operate the application workflow you initiated.

4. How We Share Information

We share applicant data with:

  • The Amazon DSP hiring partner you applied to. Forwarding qualified candidates to the hiring DSP is the purpose of the Service.
  • Service providers that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Google Maps Platform (drive-time and address validation), and Dropbox Sign (e-signature, when implemented). These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to perform services for us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DSP Hire, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain applicant data for as long as needed to process your application and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at apply@dsphire.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We protect your data with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We restrict production system access to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. Applicants must be 21 or older to apply for Amazon DSP driver positions. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
