These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dsphire.com and the applicant tracking application at app.dsphire.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DSP HIRE LLC ("DSP Hire," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DSP Hire operates an applicant tracking system that automates parts of the driver recruiting workflow for Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) businesses. The Service collects and processes applications, conducts eligibility screening, and forwards qualified candidates to participating DSP hiring partners.

DSP Hire is a technology platform. We are not the employer for any position you may apply to through the Service. The Amazon DSP you apply to is the prospective employer and makes all hiring decisions.

2. Eligibility to Apply

To apply through the Service, you must be at least 21 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements posted on the application form.

3. Your Obligations

When you submit an application, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your qualifications
  • Not submit applications on behalf of another person without authorization
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your application. Details, including how to opt out, are on our SMS Consent page. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by DSP HIRE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that submitting an application through the Service will result in an interview, offer, or employment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DSP HIRE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
