This page describes the DSP Hire SMS messaging program operated by DSP HIRE LLC.
Program Description
When you submit an application through app.dsphire.com and provide your mobile phone number with consent, DSP Hire sends you transactional SMS messages related to your driver application. Messages may include:
- A 4-digit confirmation code to verify your phone number
- Invitations to complete the success prediction questionnaire
- Application status updates as your application progresses
- Interview scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Requests for information needed to complete your application
These are transactional messages directly tied to the application you submitted. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
How to Opt In
You opt in to SMS messaging by submitting the application form on app.dsphire.com with the SMS consent checkbox affirmatively checked. By checking that box, you agree to receive SMS messages from DSP Hire at the mobile number you provided, and you agree to the terms on this page.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages will be sent to that number.
If you opt out of SMS, your application is not automatically withdrawn, but our ability to communicate with you about it will be limited. We will fall back to email at the address you provided.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your application status. A typical applicant receives between 4 and 10 messages over the course of the application process. Some applicants may receive more if their application requires additional back-and-forth.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages. Check with your carrier for details. DSP Hire does not charge you for SMS messages.
Supported Carriers
The DSP Hire SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, share, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. SMS data is used only to operate the application workflow you initiated.
